I am a trauma therapist who offers integrative, body-based therapy to support deeper healing, regulation, and reconnection after overwhelming or traumatic experiences. My work is rooted in a holistic, trauma-informed approach that honors the connection between mind and nervous system.

I recognize that trauma can impact how you feel in your body, relationships, and sense of self. Therapy is a space where we move forward at a pace that feels attuned to you.

My work draws from approaches such as EMDR therapy (Eye Movements, Desensitization, and Reprocessing Therapy), Parts Work (Internal Family Systems Therapy), Mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), depending on what best supports your needs.

Therapy is a collaborative process shaped by your experience and what feels most relevant for you. To begin, we focus on understanding what has led you here and what you would like support with moving forward.

Together, we develop a sense of direction and a plan of care that provides structure while honoring your needs, priorities, and pace. Sessions are flexible and responsive and may go beyond traditional talk therapy. This can include exploring patterns, emotional responses, and nervous system experiences, as well as building practical tools and strategies that support grounding, regulation, and resilience both in and outside of sessions.

The therapy services I provide are holistic and integrative, and may draw from approaches such as EMDR therapy, parts work, mindfulness, polyvagal theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy, depending on what feels best for you.
