Therapy is where we explore the underlying factors that contribute to thought patterns, emotional responses, and behaviors, helping to understand what may be happening beneath the surface emotionally, physically, and relationally.
Some people come in with a clear sense of what they need but have struggled to have those needs consistently met. Others arrive with more uncertainty, and together we can gently identify what feels most supportive and where to begin.
Sessions are guided by what feels most present for you in the moment, while also supporting longer-term healing and change. The pace is collaborative and shaped by your capacity, with a flexible structure that allows for both consistency and adaptation over time.

My Approach to Healing
My work is both holistic and creative, while remaining trauma-informed. Therapy is tailored to your needs rather than a one-size-fits-all model, and I draw from a range of modalities depending on what feels most supportive for you and what we identify together in session.
This may include therapeutic services such as EMDR therapy to support trauma processing and the trauma therapy process, parts work to explore internal patterns and emotional responses, and mindfulness-based approaches to increase awareness and regulation. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills may also be used to support emotional regulation, coping strategies, and present-moment stability.
When relevant, therapy together may also include work around intimacy and relational safety. This can involve consent-based somatic approaches such as sensate focus to support reconnection with the body, particularly in the context of sexual trauma, attachment wounds, or challenges with intimacy.
My approach to therapy additionally supports people in reducing anxiety and depressive symptoms, strengthening emotional regulation, self-advocacy, and developing greater self-understanding. It can also support boundary-setting, relational healing, and a deeper sense of self-compassion and self-trust over time.
Throughout this process, the focus of services remains on helping you feel safer in your body, more connected in your relationships, and more grounded in your sense of self over time.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured psychotherapy designed to alleviate distress associated with traumatic memories.
